PEROMNIA LLC ("PEROMNIA," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company operating the Scalesco Ventures brand and the website at scalescoventures.com. We build and validate software systems for business clients, including trading infrastructure, autonomous operations tooling, dashboards, and independent strategy audits.
This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, or communicate with us, and what we do with it. It applies to our website and our business-to-business communications. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to operate our business. We do not buy contact lists and we do not build advertising profiles.
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, business email address, company name, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number.
- Inquiry content — the subject of your request and anything you write in the message field or send us by email.
- Consent records — where you check the box to opt in to SMS messages, we retain a record that you did so, along with the date and the wording of the disclosure you agreed to. We keep this so we can demonstrate that consent was given.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs — our web server records standard request data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page, referring page, and timestamp. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing faults.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website, and we do not ask for government identification numbers, health information, or precise geolocation. Please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials, or API keys through the inquiry form or by unencrypted email.
Mobile & SMS information
Providing a mobile phone number is optional. We only send text messages to a number when you have expressly opted in by checking the SMS consent box on our form, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
PEROMNIA LLC values your privacy. Mobile information collected through opt-in forms will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
What we send
Where you have opted in, messages are business-to-business in nature: account updates, system and monitoring alerts relating to services we operate for you, and software demonstration notifications. We do not send unrelated marketing campaigns to numbers collected through this form.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not send further messages to that number unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at admin@peromnia.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask us about.
- To deliver account updates, system alerts, and demonstration notifications you have opted in to receive.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot our website and systems.
- To keep records required for legal, tax, accounting, and compliance purposes, including proof of messaging consent.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights and those of our clients.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
How we share information

- Service providers — vendors who host our infrastructure, deliver our messages, or provide email services, acting on our instructions and bound to protect the information. As stated above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded and are not shared with any third party.
- Legal requirements — where we are required to disclose information by law, regulation, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to investigate suspected fraud or protect the safety of any person.
- Business transfers — if PEROMNIA LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party advertising networks. Our web server keeps standard access logs as described above. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files; see Google's privacy policy for details.
Data retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Messaging consent and opt-out records are retained for as long as we operate the messaging program and for a period afterwards, because we may be required to evidence that consent was obtained. Server logs are rotated on a routine schedule. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unreadable.
Security
We serve this site over TLS, restrict administrative access to our systems, and apply the principle of least privilege to credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe you have found a security issue affecting our site or services, please report it to admin@peromnia.co.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of certain processing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" process to complete.
To make a request, email admin@peromnia.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can stop email correspondence by telling us you no longer wish to be contacted.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or to legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to you where we have a way to reach you. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
